I called my mom to tell her my good news, and then she informed me that my dad has to have a prostate biopsy because of some recent test results. Grrr...if it isn't one thing, it's something else. Oh yeah, and we're in a Tornado watch now while some towns southwest of us are getting pummeled with some twisters as I write this. Needless to say, my daughter insisted on watching her "Wizard of Oz" DVD this afternoon! I'm heading off with my kiddo to Philly for a 5-day family visit tomorrow - I just hope the winds and thunderstorms will die down by then.
Saturday night I plan a visit to the Borgata and maybe a few other casinos; buffet dinner first and then nickle and/or penny slots. Whoo hoo, maybe I'll clean up and win $20 or so! (When you are playing pennies, that's alot of credits!) |
| chrysalis April 4, 2005 09:39 AM PDT I hope you missed the storms on the way back ... over a foot of blowing, drifting white stuff in NW PA ... | ||
| scott April 1, 2005 11:48 AM PST Glad your tests were ok. I for one am terrified of the male version. Better to err on the side of caution, I guess. | ||
| Gigglesbee April 1, 2005 10:55 AM PST Whew!! I'm so glad your test came back clean!! I hope your dad's turns out as well! Be careful in those tornadoes! I'd much rather deal with our hurricanes than tornadoes...ick. | ||
| AbbyNormal March 31, 2005 06:01 PM PST Yay! Glad your mammogram was clear. Nothing like Wizard of Oz to get in the mood for a tornado. | ||
