Don't try to do a 30-min Power Yoga workout while afficted with a wicked congestion/sore throat/body ache-inducing cold virus.

Ha! About the "Namaste", not the yucky virus! And another thing I remember from my yoga instructor - no upside downies during that time of the month!

On a different note, I anxiously await your banana bread recipe.
