Got a letter that went dear, homeowner, despite the fact that your propety is worth much less than it was 2 years ago, we're going to raise your taxes to cover a short fall in the revenue. So when property values do go back up, your taxes will be higher, and we wont have to say we raised your taxes, thanks for playing, sucks to be you. | ||
